Why can't I hear the characteristic sound (jingle) from the Data Music when the GoPro® starts recording?

There are many different possible causes:
1. Is the Data Music red led flashing?
If yes, it means that your Data Music is not connected to your smartphone over bluetooth, please connect it.
2. Is the GoPro® red led flashing?
If the answer is no, then please enable the led from the GoPro® menu.
3. Are the Data Music green led and the GoPro® red led flashing at the same time (1 seconds on, 1 seconds off)?
If the answer is yes, close all the music app on the smartphone and the GET On app.
Restart the GET On app.
4. I follow all the above steps but I still can't hear the characteristic sound (jingle) from the Data Music, what can I do?
